Everyone is adviced to register in person, Saturday June 7, and to participate in the information sessions and social events during the first weekend.

Keys to the Campus building and computer accounts will be provided at this occasion, as well as a free "welcoming" lunch.

Participants who travel transatlantic are adviced to arrive a day earlier, i.e. Friday, June 6. Accomodation will be provided from June 6 until Saturday, June 21.
