By Air
Participants flying from abroad will use Kastrup, Copenhagen Airport, Denmark, or, in some cases, Sturup Airport, Malmö, Sweden. Please note that a number of budget airlines serve both of these airports.
Participants from Sweden are adviced to use Ängelholm airport.
The easiest way to get to Helsingborg from Kastrup
is by train via Malmö. The departure time for the
train to Malmö/Helsingborg is 36 minutes past every
hour (08.36, 09.36, 10.36 etc.) The train takes about
1 hour and 15 minutes.
Another cheaper option, which however take a bit longer, is to take the train from Copenhagen to Helsingör, and then the ferry to Helsingborg.
Trains leave from the Terminal Building at Kastrup Airport.
From Sturup Airport, take the shuttle bus to Malmö or Lund Central Station (35 minutes), where you pick up the train to Helsingborg.
From Ängelholm Airport the easiest way to get
to Helsingborg is by bus. The shuttle will take you
to Helsingborg Central Station
(in about 35 minutes), called "Knutpunkten" in Swedish.
By Train
If you are going by train you final destination should
be the Helsingborg Central Station, "Knutpunkten".
Coming from Denmark you either take the train via Malmö,
or the train to Helsingör and then the ferry to
Helsingborg.
